ARBITRATION NOTICE: THE GENERAL NFL ALL DAY TERMS OF USE SET FORTH
HERE (THE “GENERAL TERMS”) CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION PROVISION (SEE
SECTION 16 OF THE GENERAL TERMS). PLEASE REVIEW THE ARBITRATION
PROVISION CAREFULLY, SINCE IT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHTS. BY USING THE NFL
ALL DAY APPLICATION OR ANY PART OF IT, INCLUDING YOUR ENTRY AND
PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO BE
BOUND BY THE ARBITRATION PROVISION IN THE GENERAL TERMS.
The NFL ALL DAY MARKETPLACE Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) starts on
February 6, 2026 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on February 20,
2026 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to NFL ALL DAY users (defined as a person
with an account at www.nflallday.com, and a valid email address associated with that
account), who are legal residents (natural persons only) and physically located in one
(1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, or Canada (with the
exception of residents of Quebec), and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or
of the legal age of majority in their state or province of residence, whichever is older) at
the time of entry. Employees of Dapper Labs Inc. (“Sponsor”, “we”, or “us”), the NFL
Entities (as defined below), the National Football League Players Association and their
respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion and advertising agencies, and
members of their immediate families (spouse and parent, children and siblings and their
respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in the same
household, whether or not related, of such employees, are not eligible to win. Void
where prohibited by law (specifically, in Canada, the Sweepstakes is not open to
residents of Quebec). The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable United States and
Canada federal, provincial, state and local laws. You can obtain an NFL ALL DAY
account for free by signing up at www.nflallday.com.
PRIZE: At the conclusion of the Sweepstakes, the Sponsor will randomly select
thirty-one (31) eligible entrants who entered the Sweepstakes using an Official Entry
Method described below. (i) One (1) winner will receive a $1,000 NFL Shop gift card
(the “Grand Prize”), (ii); ten (10) winners will each receive a $100 NFL Shop gift card,
(iii); and twenty (20) winners will each receive a $50 NFL Shop gift card (collectively, the
“Prizes”). The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all Prizes is $3,000. The Sponsor
reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute any Prize (or any component
thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value, but is not obligated to do so.
HOW TO ENTER:
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your
chance of winning the Prize. A Maximum of 50 Official Entries per user are
permitted during the Sweepstakes Period regardless of method of entry.
1. Eligible persons will receive one (1) Official Entries into the Sweepstakes for each
Moment Collectible (described below) purchased from the official NFL ALL DAY
marketplace (https://nflallday.com/marketplace/moments) during the Sweepstakes
Period. Each Eligible Person can receive a maximum of 50 Official Entries into the
Sweepstakes by purchasing a Moment Collectible from the official NFL ALL DAY
marketplace during the Sweepstakes Period.
2. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY ALTERNATIVE METHOD OF ENTRY: To receive one
(1) Official Entry without making a purchase (an “AMO Entry” or “AMO Entries”) during
the Sweepstakes Period, an Eligible Person may complete the form found here and
email it as an attachment to sweepstakes@nflallday.com (an “AMO Entry” or “AMO
Entries”). Emails containing AMO Entries that are received after the Sweepstakes
Period will not be counted as valid Official Entries. You will receive one (1) official entry
per completed AMO Entry received before the conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period.
Photocopied, computer-generated facsimiles, mechanically reproduced, automated,
mass mail-in entries will be void. Mail-in entries become the property of the Sponsor
and will not be acknowledged or returned. You may receive a maximum of 50 Official
Entries into the Sweepstakes by submitting AMO Entries.
PRIZE WINNER SELECTION: Sponsor will select the thirty-one (31) one winners, using
an automated randomization tool, from among all Official Entries received during the
applicable Sweepstakes Period. The Sweepstakes drawing will be conducted on or
about February 23, 2026. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries
received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The potential Prize winners will be notified by email no later
than February 25, 2026. The inability to contact, or receive a response from, a potential
Winner through email by February 28, 2026 may result in disqualification and forfeiture
of the award, at Sponsor’s discretion, the awarding of the applicable prize to an
alternate potential Winner in a random drawing from among all remaining entries for the
drawing at issue. The Released Parties (defined below) are not responsible for any
delay or failure for a potential Winner to receive notification from Sponsor, or for
Sponsor to fail to receive a potential Winner’s response, for any reason, including
inactive account(s), technical difficulties associated therewith, or a potential Winner’s
failure to adequately monitor any account. The Released Parties are not responsible for
communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive
filtering of any kind, or insufficient space in an entrant’s email account to receive email
messages. The Released Parties are not responsible for false, incorrect, changed,
incomplete or illegible contact information. Any Canadian resident selected to win the
Prize must correctly answer a time-limited math skill-testing question, in addition to
otherwise satisfying all other Sweepstakes requirements, in order to be confirmed as
the Prize Winner.
GENERAL: ENTRANTS ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE BY PARTICIPATING IN THE
SWEEPSTAKES THAT THEY MAY BE WAIVING CERTAIN LEGAL RIGHTS THAT
THEY MAY OTHERWISE HAVE. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant
agrees: (a) to abide by these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor, NFL ALL DAY
Terms of Use, Dapper Service Terms of Use, and the decisions of the Sponsor, which
shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) to release,
discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, the NFL Entities, and the NFLPA, collectively
with its subsidiaries and each of their respective officers, members, directors and
employees (the “NFLPA Entities”), and its and their respective parents, affiliates,
subsidiaries, and advertising and promotion agencies, and the respective officers,
directors, shareholders, employees, agents and representatives of the foregoing
(collectively, “Released Parties”) from and against any and all costs, claims, damages,
(including, without limitation, any special, incidental, or consequential damages), or any
other injury, whether due to negligence or otherwise, to person(s) or property (including,
without limitation, death or violation of any personal rights, such as violation of right of
publicity/privacy, libel, or slander), due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, to
participation in the Sweepstakes, or arising out of participation in any Sweepstakes
related or Prize related Activity, or the receipt, enjoyment, participation in, use or
misuse, of any Sweepstakes or Prize related activity, whether hosted by Sponsor or a
Third Party; and (c) to the use of his/her name, voice, performance, photograph/video,
image and likeness for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in
any and all media (including digital media), now or hereafter known, worldwide and in
perpetuity by Sponsor, the NFL Entities, the NFLPA Entities, and its and their
designees, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) or additional consents from
entrant or any third party and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and to execute
specific consent to such use if asked to do so. By participating, entrants also agree not to release any publicity or other materials on their own or through someone else
regarding their participation in the Sweepstakes without the prior consent of the
Sponsor, which it may withhold in its sole discretion.
The Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either express or implied,
including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a
particular purpose or non-infringement. Some jurisdiction may not allow the limitations
or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied
warranties so some of the limitations or exclusions contained herein may not apply to
you. Check your local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations
or exclusions. A Winner may not substitute, assign or transfer their Prize, but we
reserve the right, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, to substitute the Prize with another prize
of comparable or greater value. Winners are responsible for all applicable federal,
provincial, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses
otherwise associated with accepting any Prize. All Prize details are provided at
Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor will not be required to award more prizes than the
number of available prizes set forth in these Official Rules. If a user is found to have
entered the Sweepstakes more than once or via more than one account (or multiple
times from the same account), or has any other methods in an attempt to receive more
than the permitted Maximum Entries, that user will be disqualified from the
Sweepstakes, and all of that user’s entries will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves
the right not to award any or all Prizes if, in its sole discretion, it does not receive a
sufficient number of eligible and qualified entries. All Prize awards are subject to
verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.
In no event will the Released Parties be responsible or liable for any damages or losses
of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages
arising out of your access to and participating in the Sweepstakes and/or downloading
from and/or print material downloaded from any website associated with the
Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, interrupted or unavailable
network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), website, or other connections,
availability or accessibility or miscommunications or failed computer, satellite, telephone
or cable transmissions, lines, or technical failure or jumbled, scrambled, delayed, or
misdirected transmissions or computer hardware or software malfunctions, failures or
difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical,
electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in
connection with the Sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors or difficulties
which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the
processing or judging of the Sweepstakes, the selection of Winners, or the
announcement of any prize. Released Parties are also not responsible for any incorrect
or inaccurate information, whether caused by other entrants or site users, tampering,
hacking, or by any equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the
Sweepstakes. Released Parties are not responsible for injury or damage to any
person's computer related to or resulting from participating in this Sweepstakes or
downloading materials from or use of the website. Persons who tamper with or abuse
any aspect of the Sweepstakes or website, who act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive
manner or who are in violation of these Official Rules, as solely determined by Sponsor,
will be disqualified. Should any portion, or the entirety of the Sweepstakes be deemed
illegal in any jurisdiction in the United States or Canada, Sponsor reserves the right at
its sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes. Should any portion
of the Sweepstakes be, in Sponsor’s sole opinion, compromised by virus, worms, bugs,
non-authorized human intervention or other causes which, in the sole opinion of the
Sponsor, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play, or
submission of entries, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to suspend,
modify or terminate the Sweepstakes and, if terminated, at its discretion, select the
potential Winner(s) from all eligible participants using the procedures outlined above.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DAMAGE THE NFL ALL DAY SITE OR TO
UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN
VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE
MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES AND OTHER
REMEDIES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS’ FEES) FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO
THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION.
GOVERNING LAW: The Sweepstakes shall be governed by and construed in
accordance with the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of
Canada applicable therein without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision
or rule (whether of the Province of British Columbia or any other jurisdiction).
THE NATIONAL FOOTBALL LEAGUE, ITS MEMBER PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL
CLUBS, NFL VENTURES, INC., NFL VENTURES, L.P., NFL PROPERTIES LLC, NFL
ENTERPRISES LLC, NFL PRODUCTIONS LLC, NFL INTERNATIONAL LLC, AND
EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, SHAREHOLDERS,
OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AND
EMPLOYEES (COLLECTIVELY, THE "NFL ENTITIES") WILL HAVE NO LIABILITY OR
RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING IN CONNECTION WITH
PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR ANY PRIZE AWARDED. THE NFL
ENTITIES HAVE NOT OFFERED OR SPONSORED THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY
WAY.
